Varicocele in itself cannot stop you from having a family but if your sperm count is severely affected by it then it definitely will be a problem in making your wife pregnant.
Varicocele usually results in a low sperm count of low quality.
You will need semen analysis to be done to determine the condition of your sperms and if necessary you may need surgery to correct varicocele.
