Can Varicocele In Testicle Cause Tingling Legs During Ejaculation?

Hello. It has been confirmed that I have varicocele in my left testicle. I initially went to the doctor because I have a sensation like ants crawling on my leg at the exact time of ejaculation and this sensation although not painful, per say, but uncomfortable and clearly not right ends right when the sperm actually begins to come out. Could this be due to varicocele or is something else going on. My primary as well as the specialist I was sent to (who confirmed varicocele) do not seem to know what the cause is.

Hi, thanks for posting in HCM.
Varicocele generally causes dragging-like pain in the scrotum and feeling of heavyness of testicles.
Tingling sensation may be caused due to nerve compression in the perineal region which would be radiating to the legs.
Get it examined once by Surgeon, if it is bothering you again and again.
