Hello,
1. Having sex on the day just after completion of your periods can never make you pregnant as you are in the follicular phase where again the ovaries start to develop follicles and get ready for ovulation on the 14th day.
2. For your knowledge only in the fertile days, the chances of getting pregnant are higher that is 14th- 20th day starting from the first day of your previous menstrual cycle.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
