HI Heber,

Is your girl friend taking contraceptive pills regularly as per instructions. If the answer is yes, then there is no need to use emergency contraception.
Contraceptive pill taken correctly is more than 99% effective. It means that of 100 women using contraceptive pills correctly for one year less than 1 woman gets pregnant. So there is no need to give her morning after pill. Don't worry about it.

Since there is a small possibility of method failure, if her period gets delayed, do a pregnancy test.

I advise you to use barrier method of contraception like condom to protect yourself from STDs.
I hope I have answered to your satisfaction. If you have any further queries do contact me through healthcare magic
