today i have done by tifa scan
i m 16 week prgnt
dr advice me to do that
but while sacing dr told me that she can not get the right result
my question is again shall i need to do that test
my family member told me that again and again ultrasound is not good for baby
kindly advice

Hello madam, I understand your concern.normally tiffa scan is a detailed study of foetus to rule out any anamoly.Better you repeat it in between 20 to 24 wks for good result.Theres nothing wrong in that.We usually take 3 scans in pregnancy.one in first trimester ,second in 2nd trimester,and 3rd one around term.But if needed we can take scan in between that doesn't harm the baby.
