Can ultrasound accurately detect early pregnancy?

Hi, by my dates i am 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant, ultrasound could find no evidence of pregnancy apart from the endometrium measuring 13.4cm. I am 29 and this would be my 4th pregnancy. I've had several positive pregnancy tests yet the ultrasonographer couldnt see anything except the thickened endometrium. Is this normal?

Hello, this implies early pregnancy losses and thus you need to visit a gynecologist as soon as your pregnancy test is positive.
it is serious to have these problems.
