Hi,
Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here

there are lots of hormonal changes goes around in your body during your whole menstrual cycle which can cause many symptoms specially when you are near to your next period and your current symptoms can only be suggestive of a pregnancy but not confirmatory

as your ovulation test was positive there are chances of pregnancy and persistent nausea , mild abdominal pain , and even light spotting can be suggestive of possible pregnancy and if ur cycles are regular and you miss your next period at least by 3 days than u can go for a home pregnancy test to make it confirm

you can always visit your gynecologist for further assistance

I hope it help
