Can Treated Colon Cancer Cause Diverticulitis And Infection?

I have stage three colon cancer, removed and 6 lymph nodes, on FolFox after 5 treatments aquired diverticulitus and infection in it. I waited for infection to subside before chemo #5, after #5 the chemo just amped up the pain. the chemo caused all of this in my opinion is that yours as well?

Hello, Both The chemo and post operative status and underlying bowel pathology any one of these can cause a diverticulitis and infections.
only thing we can do is regular follow-up and take required actions.
as chemo also can not be avoided. Thank you
