Can Topical Medication Remove Acne Scars From Face?

Sir, I have acne scars on my face small small I had my acne from 2006 And now acne has been cleared bt not much and scars have been left I have taken many treatment but didnt got satisfaction I want to ask whether scars can be treated with topical medicines

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain treatment of acne scars depends upon the type of scars like ice-pick scars, boxcar scars, rolling type scars etc..
The treatment of acne scars is mostly done with chair side treatments like Fractional CO2 Lazer, dermal rollers, Microneedling, punch excision etc..
Scars does not resolve completely with topical treatment and you should consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and a clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and planning of treatment..
You can still try some toipcal treatments like using Glycolic acid containing creams and ointments, exfoliating your skin twice a week with a gentle face scrub, applying Silicone gel over face..
Wash your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash, apply adapelene gel that is a retinoid at night..
Azelic acid preparations can also be helpful..
