Can Throat Tightening Be Due To Goiter Or Cancer?

Hi I am suffering from tightening of my throat and sometimes my modulated voice is gone and I could not say the words clearly if I am going to pronounce, is it a symptom for goiter or throat cancer? your immediate answer to my query is highly appreciated. Thank you

Hi,yes possibility of goiter or cancer is there,
But other symptoms like visible lump in neck in lump,or movable swelling with diglutination,weight loss,change in voice,is important,
From your symptoms I feel its vocal nodule,
In patients like you I advice laryngoscopy to rule out the causes,and carry out some blood test,
I think you should visit a ent doctor,and get your symptoms evaluated,
