Can This Be Reversed ?

I am curious, can type II diabetes be reversed with proper diet, excercise and weight reduction ? or is it once your diagnosed with it , it s with you for life ? I ve heard conflicting stories before on this. What do you think?

While there is no cure for diabetes. It does not mean there is no hope. You can improve your health to the point of not requiring any medication or feel the effects of the disease with proper exercise patterns, and diabetic diet. And even if you cannot, you can live with this, after a while it just becomes a second nature.
