Can there be a negative interaction between valacyclovir 1gm 3x a day and levofloxacin 500mg 1x a day Since I started taking them late on the 11th today I woke up with 1/2 my mouth not working and unable to close my right eye (winking) on its own and when I try and scrunch my face my right side won’t. My ENT has me taking them because I woke last Thursday with my right ear inflamed and the outside ridges swollen. Thot it might be a spider bite. He didn’t know so he wanted to cover the bases with both an antiviral and antibiotic the swelling has gone down and while my ear is still sensitive to touch the pain has lessened a lot. But now a spot down under my lobe and on corner of jaw hurts continuously and is very tender. Wondering about interaction and if I should stop one or both meds
