Can The Stress Be The Reason For Spotting?

hi I m 21 years old weight 44.5 kgs height 166.6 cm just now i found a blood from my underwear and i just finished my medical exam last week but fit to work. My urinalysis findings says that 4-5 PUS CELLS/HPF, next my cbc findings increased lymphocyte then according to my medical certificate i had mild urinary tract infection what does it mean? I don t know if it is related with spotting because we have a family history of myoma. Last year i just finished my ultrasound but my doctor said that it is only hormonal imbalance. And lastly does stress can trigger abnormal bleeding? because everytime i get stress i also find a blood spots in my undies it took 3-5 days but I m not pregnant. Thank you.

hi healthcare magic user, spotting can occur due to stress.
you should get per speculum examination to rule out polyp. please get ultrasound done to rule out ovarian cyst which can cause spotting.
if I would have been your doctor I would have advised you to check for TSH and complete blood count.
please drink lots of water so avoid urine infection.
