Can The Pain In The Ribs Be Due To Dislocation?

I have RND and AMPS and my ribs are likely to dislocate, but I have never had the pain in the front side of the ribs. It is sore to the touch right underneath my left breast. I woke up with this pain 2 days ago and it hasn t gone away. I don t understand why.

This could be muscle strain. Apply hot packs. Get a massage. Take pain killers. Wear softer brassiere. Exercise regularly.
