can the new brain cells growing in the brain of an infant overcome the malformed portion of the brain (the polymicrogyria) resulting in a normal healthy child. will seizures from this malformed portion cause seizures throughout the entire lifetime?

polymicrigyria is developmental anamoly. ...and less likely to be corrected by brain cells . Most of the times...it remains asymptomatic....while in others it causes seizures..
If seizures don't respond to adequate doses of medicines. ....then Epilepsy surgery is an option.
