Can The Medicines, Calcimax And Mashyne, Treat Hair Fall, Earlier Had Hyperthyroidism?

hello doctor..i am 29 yrs old female.i have history of hyperthyroid..my doctor has again put me on Neo-mercazole 5mg tab since this year beginning after a gap of almost 4yrs.he has prescribed me calcimax forte and mashyne 100o tablet,each to be taken once daily.will this help me with my hairfall problem.?

What is your latest thyroid function test report ? Have you been taking Neomercazole for more than 4 years ? Low thyroid (hypothyroidism) can lead to hairfal and it is possible that since you have been taking Neomercazole for a long time you may have developed iatrogenic hypothyroidism. I would advice you to get a thyroid function test done and report back ASAP.
