Can The Intake Of Autrin Capsules Cause Weight Gain?
Hello Doc, I m 26 years old and 3 years back PCOD got detected. Out Doctor told me to exercise daily. now my work out is 30 to 35 suryanamaskar everyday plus some yoga stretchings. but these days I m feeling weak and get tired very soon. Don t feel energetic. As we are veg so protein intake is less. So if I take this medicine Autrin , then I won t end up gaining weight right ? Just want to be sure before taking it. Thank you
Autrin contains iron, folic acid and vitamin B12. It used for correction of anemia. Anemia is a condition in which blood hemoglobin is lower than normal. Hemoglobin carries oxygen in parts of the body. So any deficiency will affect oxygen carrying capacity of blood resulting in less oxygen supply to different body parts. So when you do any strenuous activity like climbing upstairs, you feel tired resulting in shortness of breath. Taking Autrin does not cause weight changes. You will fell energetic because it will raise your hemoglobin level. Advice 1. Capsule Autrin – 1 capsule daily per oral for 3 months 2. Investigations – Hb% 3. Measure your blood pressure 4. Take high fiber diet to prevent constipation due to iron such as pure wheat bread, green vegetable, fruits like apple 5. Consult your doctor if further deterioration in health occurs 6.
