Can The Headache And Nose Bleed Be Due To Stress And Lack Of Sleep?
Hello I m 19years old and have a 1year old son he is teething so I haven t had much sleep also partner works between 40-50 hours a week so I m doing most night shifts I have had a head ake yesterday and today and today I had 2 nose bleeds the head ake doesn t last Long no more than 2 hours can you give me some reassurance that I m ok please thanks

Headache and nose bleeds are commonly associated with high blood pressure.Sinusitis and respiratory infections can also cause same.you must get yourself examined and get your blood pressure checked.
