Can The Fever And Tiredness Be Due To Low RBC?

I am an adult and this is the second time in 3 weeks that I have been sick with a fever over 104 at it's high. The first sickness lasted 8 days with fever, headache, body / muscle aches and sore neck. Felt very tired for the Next 2 weeks then started with a headache and high fever over 104 again. Have had this one now for 3 days. WBC was low so they said viral. I know you can not get same virus twice, so I am wondering what this could be. Before this month I had not had a fever in 5 + years.

Hi, dear. I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have fever with low wbc count. So it may be due to malaria, thyphoid or viral or may be due to some other disease. You should go for blood test for malaria snd thyphoid.
Then take treatment accordingly. Once your fever is subside your symptoms of weakness will also go away.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
