Can The Exercise, Skipping, Aid Effective Weight Loss?

Hi Doc,
My weight is 49 kg and i'm 150 cm tall.
I was thinking of doing skipping 2000 times per day (if possible) or at least 3-4 times per week.
Is this good? Will i lose fats? My bottom is big and i would like to reduce it.

Furthermore, after 1000 skips i then start to sweat. Is it normal? Or am i doing somehting wrongly..?

Hello,
As per your height, you are not obese, but its always good to hear that you are doing regular exercise in the form of skipping.
i would like to tell you that you are doing absolutely fine to reduce your excess fat. 5 times a week of at least 20 minutes exercise is enough to maintain your body weight.
Sweating is absolutely normal after around 100o skips, but i would suggest you to have 100-200 skips at a time and after a pause of 2 minutes, second round of 100 skips and so on....
you will definitely loose fat by exercises and proper diet. I also suggest you to do brisk walking for at least 15 minutes daily, because walking is the best way to reduce weight.
Hope this will help you to maintain your body weight.
