Hello and welcome to HCM,
Poly cystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is characterised by hormonal disturbances like high estrogen, high testosterone, high LH/FSH ratio, high glucose, deranged lipid profile and high insulin levels.
Since, the fasting blood glucose level is elevated a diabetic diet is recommended.
Elevated liver enzymes can occur in number of conditions like liver infection, alcohol consumption, drugs, toxins etc.
Thus, these possibilities have to be ruled out to find the cause of elevated liver enzymes.
You need to consult a gastroenterologist for clinical assessment and thus management.

Thanks and take care
