Can Testicle Spermatocele Cause Low Testosterone?

I had a large spermatocele removed 5 years ago and have a small one on my other testicle. I am 50 years of age and my Testosterone level came back at 288. Just wondering if the removal of one spermatocele and the existance of another could cause Low T?

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
To recapitulate your age is *50 years, this is the age in which the testosterone level gets reduced naturally and normally.
It is never reduced due to surgery or presence of spermatocele.

I would advise you the following:
First of all start exercises and have healthy diet.
Stop alcohol and tobacco products if you are taking.
No stress and anxiety.
These things helps to get the testosterone levels increase naturally, have cordial relation with your wife.
Repeat your testosterone after one month after this changes lifestyle and you will find it to be improved well.
Continue all these measures and you will be a new person.

Injections are necessary only if these measures do not help.
