Can Taking Flecainide Cause Blurred Vision And Headache?

I take flecainide 50 mg (l/2 tablet twice daily) for PVC's...I am experiencing blurred vision..Do you know if this medication can cause serious damage to the eyes? I started taking 50 mg twice daily but doctor cut dosage in half due to an incident of an extremely bad headache on awakening one morning.. Are there safer meds for this condition?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if do have a history of PVC (pre-ventricular capture) then the role of Flecainide is questionable, because this agent mainly given for "tachyarrhythmia" in short where the rhythm of heart is matter and I don't think that PVC is related with irregular rhythm, it does not consider arrhythmia, instead this is conduction defects or ectopic beat, I would advise you to have second opinion, the Flecainide have very limited data for the toxicity, so care has to be taken while taking this molecules, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
