HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern, if do have a history of PVC (pre-ventricular capture) then the role of Flecainide is questionable, because this agent mainly given for tachyarrhythmia in short where the rhythm of heart is matter and I don t think that PVC is related with irregular rhythm, it does not consider arrhythmia, instead this is conduction defects or ectopic beat, I would advise you to have second opinion, the Flecainide have very limited data for the toxicity, so care has to be taken while taking this molecules, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
