Can Taking Buspar Be Safe To Treat Dizziness During Pregnancy?

I have had constent dizziness for the last 4 weeks, My doctor says its Anxiety, along with many other sympotoms but the dizziness is the worse. Im also 8 1/2 months pregnent, im taking 20mg of buspar right now. I want to know if the dizziness will ever go away? And when should you see results from buspar?

HELLO DEAR,
I understand your concern , dear buspar is pregnancy category B drug and has not been to cause any problem in the unborn baby but studies are inadequate , So in my view if necessary then only drug should be taken, to relive anxiety or dizziness you can discuss your problem whether it is related to labr pain or any other with your doctor, and can do some meditation and yoga and should have a calm sleep and avoid oily food. thanks
