Can Taking Reckeweg S R89 Be Safe For Hair Loss And Dandruff?

Hi i am a 37 years old guy. I am teetotaler. I have some dandruff problem last 10 years and my hair are falling from 5 year now on some part above forehead i have no hair. I visited a homeopathy doctor he advised me to take SBL s No 1 Drops thrice a day,other Doctor advised me to take Dr Reckeweg s R89 to take three times a day and to apply on bald area of skull. you please suggest me which medicine i should take for early response.
