Hi, I m 27 years old and I have been trying to conceive my baby number 1 for 6 months , we started in May 2015 , in August I consulted a doctor and was told that I have an ovarian cyst which I treated for a month with a local medicine here in morocco that is called lutenyl. As I wasn t very sure about that examination I went to another doctor a week after taking the medicine to make sure that the prognose he gave me was right , the second doctor denied that I have an ovarian cyst and asked me to stop the medicine I m taking as it only cures irregular periods and not ovarian cysts, but I preferred to continue the medication and see the result . When my period was due , I got black spots instead of my normal red period , I got worried and I was sure that it was the medicine I was raking that affected my period bleed. I usually have a regular period each 27 days , normal period bleed . I consulted a third doctor in September and explained the whole case , I had an ultrasound and I was told that everything looked ok. And as to help me getting pregnant he gave me 3 types of medicines , I got ovusitol ( inositol and acid folic ) to take in 3 months, I got prolifen ( clomifene citrate 50 mg) and utrogestan. I m not sure if this is what I need so I m here to ask you. Thank you
