I have been taking a supplement called Jack 3D and have been using the P90X work outs, but it was only today I felt like pinch or a pain as if someone is poking me witha needle inside my chest (more on to the left) and feel it more when I am sepaking loudly or stressfully. I work out pretty hard liek almost close to 2 hrs Not sure all of a sudden why I have this pain, but I do feel this pain is not a muscle pain

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Jack 3D has active ingredient DMAA (dimethylamylamine) which can cause hypertension, stroke and even death. Chest pain you have can be due to hypertension or arrhythmia caused from this. So better avoid it and approach your GP and have an ECG to rule out any cardiac problems. Check your blood pressure and pulse rate also.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
