Can Taking Femara For Long Time Cause Joint Pain?

I have been taking Femara for the past three years and previous to that took Tamoxifen for five years, post breast cancer treatment. I am experiencing joint pain, thought it was just the aging process but hip, knee and bottom of my feet started hurting, almost could not walk. Does prolonged use cause this. Thanks
