Brief answer:
Give duphalac.

Detailed answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM.
The main problem in your child is that he has not passed stools for 5 days, that's a long time.
Duphalac syrup has lactulose which is used in children with constipation.
Sporolac contains lactic acid bacillus and it's a prebiotic.
Duphalac will be helpful to your child in this condition.
I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.
