Can Taking Ciprofloxacin Along With Diltiazem And Xylocaine Be Safe For Fissure?

Dear Doctor, I was diaognized with fissure around 1.5 years back. The gastroenterologist suggested medications such as ciprofolaxacin, Serratiopeptidase, Diltiazem gel with Xylocaine and Dufalac.I took these for 2 weeks and all was well. It was going good and now from past one week there has been a relapse. Should I continue the same medication or should I go in for an evaluation with laser treatment. Your early reponse shall be helpful. Regards,Anil K.

dear friend
fissures if not surgically treated have a nasty habit of recurring, for the time being you can take the prescribed antibiotic and local application medication but it is my suggestion that please meet your GI surgeon and get it operated
