Can Take Inhaler Or Steroid For Breathlessness And Wheezing Post MI And Chronic Lung Problems?

Iam post MI with a by pass also chronic lung problems and asthma Besides my heart meds -Telma ,storvas ceruvin dytor I also take ABphyline and nebulisation with Budecort asthalin twice a day I sometimes still have breathlessness &wheeze specially when pollution is bad What shall i do Can I take a inhaler or injectable steroid?

I really appreciate your concern, if you are taking steroid in a form of inhaler with the history of heart condition and cardiac medicines then its okay you can take this inhaler but I wont advise you for injectable steroid, it is better to rule out the possibility of cardiac asthma, hope this information helps you take care and have nice day.
