Can Tailbone Pain, Nodule And Pituitary Adenoma Be Related To Each Other?

Hi, I'm waiting on more blood work and CT of my tailbone for tailbone pain and sonogram of a nodule on my thyroid. After a MRI with and without contrast a pituitary Andenoma was found. Could these all be relates? It all started with extremely high Cortisol levels.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The CT scan has detected presence of nodule in thyroid, adenoma in pituitary gland and high cortisol levels which is due to abnormality of the adrenal gland.
These three organs namely- thyroid, pituitary gland and adrenal gland are endocrine organs.
Involvement of these three endocrine organs are seen in a syndrome called Multiple endocrine neoplasms (MEN syndrome).
You need to consult an endocrinologist for relevant investigations for confirmation of diagnosis and further management.
The bony pain could be due to metabolic disorders probably related to disorders of parathyroid gland.
