Hello,

You may be developed middle ear infection with throat or tonsil infection. It may be due to viral or bacterial or due to allergy. Use tablet lecope-AD twice a day for five days. It is better to take an antibiotic for five days. Avoid cool drinks and ice creams. For lymphadenopathy if not reduced after one week of antibiotic please consult with your physician he will do FNAC and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
