Can Swollen Glands And Black Spots On The Penis Indicate An STD?
Hello, I may have a possible STD, I have not had results from the clinic regarding the diagnostic but I have some obvious symptoms that could help you narrow it down. Firstly I started with swollen glands, then irregular little brown/black spots on the penis base appeared, however they are not little white blisters like herpes, they don t seem to be lumps either, I have had this for about 4 days so im not sure whether it s too early to tell but any help would be grateful, thank you.

Regarding your experience with little brown to black spots at the base of the penis I am suggesting that you have developed a sexual transmitted infection called genital Warts
In view of this please do a urine culture to exclude other diseases
Hence please apply a topical podophyllin on the spots and if no improvement schedule an appointment with dermatologist specialist for expert clinical assessment and expert management
