Can Swelling In Scrotum Be Symptoms Of Hydrocele?

I have hydroclele problem but its a initial stage. I discussed with the doctor and they recommended me to go for the ultrasound. and I have done that but after the Ultrasound they found there is no swelling in Scrotum and told me everything is fine and there is no need to worry for that. but still I am feeling uncomfortable and in the night I am finding there is huge swelling in Scrotum and in the morning no swelling .So can you please recommend me what should I do in that case. Is it a hydrocele and something else.

Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
?Varicolcel / ?Inguinoscrotal hernia.
Out of this mostly you have Varicocele.You need to have clinical assessment of your case from Surgeon nearby.
-USG is negative for any hydrocele and cant detect the Varicosities of early stage.
-Color Doppler USG Scan would fix the Varicosity of the pampiniform plexus.
History of huge Swelling by evening with regression by morning needs assessment of your spermatic cord and inguinal canal,which could only be done after physical examination.
Cough impulse with Swelling in the scrotum would fix Varicocele.
Your swelling does not seem to be hydrocele as it does not regress overnight after resting.
