Can Superficial Prick From The Needle Of HIV Cause The Spread?

i m a doctor.i got a prick while suturing skin of HIV patient . it was superficial prick. i have shown to the immunologist. he has started ART for me. i have started ART within two hours. he assured me that there is zero chances of being positive.may i have your opinion about this.

Very minimal exposure to hiv

Explanation,
1. Hello doctor i am very happy to help other doctor here. When i come to the problem you had there is the very minimal risk of exposure due to prick of the needle while suturing for a hiv patient because you already started ART treatment
2. We can't predict that you have zero percent of hiv infection even under medication ogf ART
3. IF it happened try to do the RNA polymerase test around 3rd week of risk exposure. If the result is negative then your body is free from hiv until that a combination of stavudine and neverapine is the treatment of the choice
