General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
If you have taken post coital pills, within 72 hours, you are less likely to be pregnant.
But pregnancy can not be diagnosed based on the symptoms, so I would recommend you to go for urine pregnancy test, it is highly accurate, I would suggest you to use the morning sample.
his provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
I find this answer helpful
