Can Stress Or Separation From Your Spouse Cause/mimic A Heart Condition ?

can stress or separation from your spouse cause/mimic a heart condition? Just curious.. I m trying to look at all the options that are before me. Apparently I am borderline positive to have ischaemia, but I am wondering if stress, or separation from a spouse (he has been on deployment for four months) could lead to your body mimicing other illnesses, even heart conditions. Thankyou for your answers.
