I feel like there is a lump in my throat. Sometimes it feels larger than others. I have seen a GI doctor and there is nothing there. When it gets bad I have trouble eating and drinking. I ve been told it may be stress? If so what can I do about it?
hello. stress is definitely a cause for feeling a lump in the throat, however you should still be examined to look for any lesion/mass in your throat. please dont worry, you can try meditation or consult your psychiatrist once all your results are negative, he will be able to help you. thanks
