Can Stress Be A Cause Of Stomach Cramps And Acne?

Hi, last month I missed one of my birth control pills, but I took it the next morning and continued my cycle normally. I have been experiencing some period cramps for the past few days and my acne has been getting worse out of no where. I have been under a lot of stress lately so I'm wondering if stress could cause these symptoms.

HI
Thanks for using healthcare magic

Stress could lead to anxiety, but stomach cramps or acne could not be possible due to that. In your case, it may be due to oral contraceptive pills. If you need any anxiolytic like benzodiazepine, you can take. That would help to control the anxiety. better to consult a physician or your gynecologist for proper management. In case, you need further help, you can ask.

Thanks
