Hi There

I have read the medical details provided by you carefully and i want to tell you that normal range of heart rate for an adult is 60- 100 Bpm. YES stopping ATENOLOL can cause faster heart rate which is felt as palpitations so i would like to recommend you to continue with half dose of atenolol daily. And continue your WARFARIN as advised keeping in check your INR levels.

Wish you Good Health
