Can Squinting And Double Vision Be Due To Celexa?

my 10 year old son has aspergers, sensory integration disorder, adhd & depression. He is on several medications. Recently his depression medication was changed from Prozac to Celexa because of increased anxiety. He is currently taking 40 mg dailey. He is also on Concerta and intuniv. He has been having some outbursts lately and making comments about suicide, usually when he is very agitated. I notice him squinting while watching t.v. and questioned him about it and he said if he squinted he only saw one. After much questioning, I realized he has been having double vision. Could these new symptoms be from the celexa?
