Urologist 's  Response

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have varicocele since 2002 and now have been detected to have low serum Testosterone levels.

Testosterone is secreted by interstitial cells of the testis and varicocele in no way has any relation with secretion of testosterone.
Please consult qualified Urologist or Endocrinologist for detail assessment , evaluation, investigations and further treatment.
