Hello madam, welcome to Health care magic.
If you have sore throat, then the small minute vessels have ruptured. This is because of strain when you try to vomit . Try to do salt water gargling and steam inhalation 3-4 times daily. The infection should subside as you cannot take antibiotic tablets at this stage.
With this I hope I cleared your doubts. Any further doubts you are always welcome. Take care. Good health
