Can Something Else Cause Same Symptoms Of Hypothyroid?

I have a normal TSH result but have a resting heart rate of 51 and body temp of 95.8. I m freezing all the time, I have a huge list of symptoms and can t seem to find an answer. So is there something else that could cause all of the same symptoms of hypothyroid?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You mentioned about TSH value being normal. What about Free T4 levels? Hypothyroidism can exist even with a normal TSH (central hypothyroidism) and hence it may be good to do a Free T4 level also. Depression can also mimic many symptoms of hypothyroidism.
