It is usually rare for someone of a younger age to have a heart attack, but it has happened. If you are in good health and are drug free then you should have nothing to worry about. Mainly it happens with young people when they have a drug related problem or a preexisting medical condition that contributes to the heart attack and it usually isn't from a heart attack itself.
