Can Some Online Doctor Help Me Read This X-ray Report?

i have a x-ray,
then the x-ray report was the trachea is midline.suspicious densities are noted in the right upper lung field.the cardiac shadow is not enlarged.the diaphragm and costophrenic sulci are intact.the soft tissues bony thorax are unremarkable.
the conclusion is:
suspicious densities,right upper lung field.apicolordotic view suggested.

can you say me what that mean of the conclusion of my x-ray

Thanks for writing to HCM

According to reports there are suspicious densities in the right upper lung.Apicolordotic view is suggested for better evaluation because upper part of lung is covered by bony ribs and clavicle..Apicolordotic view is a special view to visualize apical portion.It may be due to infection.
Rest of the findings are normal.
