Methods to improve eye sight... Hi, I am 23 year old male, I have been using a glasses since the age of 10 years. My glass power is -7. I am tired of using glasses and i am not comfortable with contact lenses. Can some one suggest me how to improve my eye sight.

hi.. Contact lenses are not comfortable to use initially. It takes time to get adjusted to it

If you do not wish to use contact lenses and are tired of wearing glasses, you can go for surgical correction of eye sight
