Hi, Thanks for writing in. Weed is a banned substance and you are aware of it. The substances which are released after smoking weed get in to your system and cause a feeling of pleasure in the brain. Continuing to smoke weed for a long time can cause problems with your brain, heart and lungs. Therefore the use of weed is restricted. The ultrasound scan shows that you have a hydrocele. This is a condition where there is fluid accumulation in the scrotal sac. This can be small or large in quantity. It is not related to smoking weed. However you should get treated if it is large and causing symptoms. Smoking weed can reduce pain temporarily but will not have any effect on the hydrocele. If your right scrotal sac is paining then you should take recommended pain relief medicines to decrease the pain till you get completely treated and please avoid doing heavy physical activity.
