Can Smoking Marijuana Cause Lung Pain?

My right lung hurts. Has been for 4 days now. Not a real unbearable pain, just a discomfort. It feels deep. I had blood tests a month ago and was all clear. Can this be from smoking marijuana? I do smoke abit but never had this.Breathing does not hurt.

Pulmonologist 's  Response
Thanks for your question on HCM. Smoking marijuana can cause bronchitis and makes lung more vulnerable for infection. So in my opinion you should consult pulmonologist and get done chest x ray and pulmonary function test (PFT). Chest x ray will rule out infection and PFT will tell you about bronchitis or not. So I advice you to consult pulmonologist and discuss these things. And quit this habit of marijuana.
